Pet Policy
A maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment. A combination of cats and dogs are permitted. The weight of any individual dog or cat cannot exceed 75 lbs. The combined weight of any two animals cannot exceed 100 lbs. Pets must be spayed or neutered.
Prior to moving in a pet, a resident pays a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 and additional pet rent of $20 a month per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. Contact us for more information.

I believe I'm in my 10th year of residency here at Dupont Lakes and wouldn't still be here if I wasn't satisfied. All maintenance requests have been acknowledged within 24 hours and usually completed within 2 days. The office staff has been very helpful on numerous occasions. During winter months streets and sidewalks are kept cleared and in the summer grounds are always looking great. - Verified Resident

SINCE MY LAST REVIEW . . . the area is building up and expanding. Along with the original fast food places and banks/credit unions, we now have McDonalds, Panda Express, and Meijer is going in just east of Mike's Car Wash...We are still pleased with the area, the staff, and the maintenance people. We are going on our 8th year here...the young people seem respectful to the established citizens. All you have to do is live here with plenty of things to do in the area. - Verified Resident

Moved in and it was very clean and spacious. Love the location of the apartment and it is also very quiet which is nice! The main office is always quick answer any questions and make sure I am happy with my current home. Utilities are cheap and wifi is good! - Verified Resident
