Redecoration goes in and replaces the carpet and linoleum on an as needed basis. There can be fixture updates, appliance upgrades, tub/shower caulking and grouting, painting, maintenance work, carpet cleaning, and spiffing of the apartment.
There are no quiet hours. However; if there is a noise issue at any time that's disruptive you can call the office or emergency maintenance. There is no fee to use the pool. There is a $75 fee to rent out the community building and a refundable $100 Security Deposit.
